Trading Terms

Country Outlet has taken great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible but the images you see will depend on your computer equipment.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in Sterling, are inclusive of VAT at 20%, where applicable, and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT and do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown.

Product Availability

All of the products featured on our website have been selected for Online shopping. If an item sells out we will take it off the website promptly. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the e-mail you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

All items are subject to availability.

Delivery

Standard Delivery charge £4.00
Providing goods are in stock, delivery of orders are normally within 3-5 workings days. Standard delivery charges are £4.00 to any address within the UK mainland. We will contact you if delivery will be longer than this period stated.



Next Day
If we receive your order in time to despatch it by 12 noon, your order will be delivered the next day. The supplement for this service is £4 in addition to the standard delivery charge. [Unfortunately this service is not available to the Scottish Islands].

Saturday Deliveries
If required, we can organise for your parcel to be delivered by 12 noon, on a Saturday, as long as we receive your order by 1pm on the Friday. The supplement for this service is £9, in addition to the standard delivery charge.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, Eurocard Master Card, Delta, Switch and Solo. We take payment from your card at the time we process your order ready for despatch.

Accepting your order

The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur on allocation of the goods to your order. The completion of the contract between you and us will occur when the order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order- in accordance with our instructions.

We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order, once it has passed through our security checks.

We may not accept your order for one of the following reasons:

We may have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The product you ordered may be out of stock.
We may have identified a pricing or product description error.

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Department by calling 01226 792583 or by returning your acknowledgement e-mail to us stating your intention to cancel your order.

Country Outlet always makes a great effort to process orders immediately and it may not always be possible to stop an order being dispatched in time. In this instance please return the order following the returns instructions and the returns form, contained in the parcel.

This Site allows you to purchase our products and services online. As a result, the Site gathers certain personally identifiable information (e.g., your name and address) and payment information (e.g., your credit card number) to process your order. Personal information

Personal information you provide us will only be used by for the purposes of processing your order and, if requested, in mailing lists for catalogues. We never pass any of this information to third parties. We also send out regular newsletters if you give us permission to do so on the order form, when checking out.

We fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 in respect of any information we hold.

Returns Policy

We will exchange or refund your money on any purchase with which you are not wholly satisfied, within 7 days of purchase, on the one condition that the item in question remains as new with it's lable and in it's original packaging. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost, and that we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection. If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part we will refund your return delivery costs.

How to Make a Return

Along with your order we will enclose a returns form, which is simple to use, and includes all the necessary instructions for making your return. If you need another returns form, please call our customer services number on 01226 792583 .

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with the requested information. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns) and any item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.
